Your story deserves more than survival.
It deserves to be heard.
Virtual, trauma-informed therapy for adults in Colorado navigating trauma, identity, life transitions, shame, and the parts of their story that feel difficult to carry alone.
You’ve carried the story this far. There’s space for something different.
Maybe you’ve gotten really good at functioning, showing up, taking care of what needs to be done, and pushing through, even when something underneath still feels heavy, disconnected, or unresolved.
Therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of what you’ve been carrying. Together, we can explore the experiences, patterns, and stories that have shaped you and create space for healing, greater self-understanding, and new ways of moving forward.
I can help with…
Trauma & Difficult Life Experiences
Identity & Self-Exploration
Shame & Self-Worth
Anxiety, Stress & Overwhelm
Relationship Patterns & Boundaries
Perfectionism & People-Pleasing
You are more than what happened to you. Your story is still yours to shape.
You don’t have to figure everything out alone.
Trauma-Informed Therapy
Explore how past and present experiences shape the way you feel, relate, and move through the world. Together, we’ll build greater understanding, safety, and choice as you move toward healing.
EMDR Therapy
Process distressing experiences and memories that continue to affect you in the present. EMDR can be integrated into ongoing therapy or offered in extended sessions when additional processing time may be helpful.
Creative & Expressive Therapy
Explore emotions, identity, and experiences in ways that go beyond words. Creative and expressive approaches offer additional ways to make meaning, connect with yourself, and explore the stories you carry.
Meet Trinity
Hi, I’m Trinity Perry, a Licensed Professional Counselor and drama therapist. I work with adults who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, heal from difficult experiences, and begin changing patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, integrating EMDR, somatic practices, and creative and expressive therapies. I believe therapy should make room for the complexity of who you are, including your identities, experiences, relationships, strengths, and the stories that have shaped you.
How Therapy Works
Start With a Conversation
Schedule a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation. We’ll talk briefly about what brings you to therapy, what you’re looking for, and whether working together may be a good fit.
Begin Therapy
If we decide to move forward, we’ll start with an initial assessment and begin identifying what you’d like to work toward. From there, we’ll create an approach to therapy that reflects your needs, goals, and preferences.
Shape What Comes Next
Therapy evolves with you. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build insight and skills, process experiences, and make space for meaningful change at a pace that feels supportive.
Taking the first step can feel hard. You don’t have to do it perfectly.
